Tory Storino has been with the company for almost 4 years serving the North and South Hills of Pittsburgh. She focuses on building strong relationships and supporting patients and their families with compassion and high quality care.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Jon Podlucky
Community Liaison
Jon Podlucky is a marketing professional with 10+ years of experience driving growth and building brand presence in home health and hospice care. He is skilled in patient-centered strategies, regulatory compliance, and data-driven campaigns that increase census and strengthen provider relationships. Holding a BS Management Science degree from Case Western Reserve University, he combines analytical insight with creative marketing to deliver measurable results while ensuring compassionate, patient-focused messaging that supports families and enhances quality of care.

Karen Hennessy
Community Liaison
Karen Hennessy has dedicated more than 30 years as a healthcare professional. As a nurse, medical auditor, clinical and community liaison she has focused her career on promoting healthcare services, building partnerships and fostering trust.
She is passionate about expanding access to quality care making it approachable to all in the community. Some of her past times include cooking for her family and gardening. She is also a huge dog lover!

John Conte
Community Liaison
John Conte has worked in the healthcare arena since the 1990’s. Specifically within home health, hospice, and pharmacy services since 2009. In addition to Conte’s role as a community liaison, he also services the community with his poetic talents.
Since 2016, Conte has led monthly poetry workshops in elder care facilities, guiding residents to create collaborative poems that preserve their memories. This work has produced two published anthologies, A Vibrant Awakening of Memories and Visions of the Past Through Poetry, which honor seniors' voices and serve as family keepsakes.
